Monty was left in the parking lot of a local pet store.  His owner came in to ask the employees what it would take to clear up his skin and they said to take him to a vet.  We are guessing the owner did not want to pay for Monty to get better so they left him in the parking lot in a crate for someone else to take care of.  He is about 8 weeks old.  PAL is taking care of him but his skin condition is so bad it will take a long time to clear up.  He is going to the vet for treatment and slowly but surely becoming a real puppy again.
